Felicia brings experience developing open-source frameworks for conversational AI, and previously worked on large-scale data processing for the purposes of machine translation. Felicia specialises in methods of evaluating conversational AI systems, with the goal of refining these to reflect the nuanced nature of human conversation.
Felicia has an MSc in Computer Science focusing on Human Language Technology from Johns Hopkins University.
