Arash’s deep understanding of how people communicate in everyday conversation, is instrumental in bringing a more human-like quality to Alana interactions. He explores the detail of how we build meaning together, correct ourselves and each other, and seek clarification, so we can build all of these capabilities into AI conversations. Arash is also an assistant professor of computer science at Heriot-Watt University.
